I am an assistant professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering at Washington University in Saint Louis. I work on online and approximation algorithms, computational social choice, and using algorithms to both study and improve collective decision-making.
If you are are an (under)graduate student interested in social choice and/or algorithms research, feel free to reach out!
Prior to joining Wash U I was a postdoc at UT Austin, working with Shuchi Chawla. I completed my PhD in the EconCS group at Harvard, where I was fortunate to be advised by Ariel Procaccia. Before that, I was part of the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Carnegie Mellon University, in the Algorithms, Combinatorics, and Optimization (ACO) program. I did my undergraduate work at Williams College.
